What Is The Great Religion Of World? |
To go to bed early and wake up early in the morning, to perform some activities on daily basis on the same time, and show punctuality and obedience. They had marriage ceremonies and prayer/puja, etc. We said that they are religious person and their way of living is religion.
1. Christianity
2. Islam
3. Hinduism
4. Buddhism, are the religions?
What is, their rituals, their hierarchy, their faith or belief, their going to church or temple and offering enormous sums of money to some things made by hand or by the mind, which you call God, is all that religion? You accept it as religion.
The
Bible, the Quran and your own so called religious book, they are all
put down by thought. They are not divine revelations; they are not
straight from God’s mouth. I know you love to think
that. But thought has operated and put down on a piece of
paper, and then you accept it as something extraordinarily sacred.
So, if
you brush aside all that, and that requires skepticism, a sense of
freedom to observe, freedom from fear, totally from
fear, then you can find out for yourself what is religion. So to
find that out, the brain must be entirely free from its
content, from fear, from anxiety, from the sense of
terrible loneliness, from death. Then only you will find out what is
truth, what is the highest form of religion.
Why Do Atheists Think There Is No God? |
Why Do Atheists Think There Is No God?
THE
QUESTION of whether
or not God exists is one that has been debated for centuries, and the answer to
it likely varies depending on one's personal beliefs and perspective.
ATHEISM
IS THE LACK OF BELIEF in a god
or gods, so by definition, an atheist cannot "prove" that there is no
God. The burden of proof, in this case, is on those who claim that a God or
gods do exist. This is because atheism is not a positive claim, but rather the
absence of one.
MANY
ATHEISTS BASE THEIR BELIEFS on reason and evidence, and argue that the
lack of evidence for the existence of a God or gods is one of the reasons they
do not believe in them. They may point to the absence of empirical evidence or
logical arguments that demonstrate the existence of a God, or they may point to
the many different and conflicting religious claims as reason to doubt that any
one of them is true. Others may argue that the idea of God is inherently
untestable and thus cannot be proven or disproven by science.
HOWEVER, it's also
important to keep in mind that the question of God's existence is ultimately a
matter of faith, and for many people, faith is a personal choice that is not
determined by logical arguments or scientific evidence.
IN
CONCLUSION, while atheists may base their beliefs on reason
and evidence, ultimately it is a matter of personal belief. The question of the
existence of God can't be definitively proved or disproved by science or any
logical argument. It's also worth noting that even if an atheist can't prove
that God doesn't exist, they also cannot know if a God exists and they're not
making a claim of certainty one way or another.
Do All Atheists Think That All Religious People Are The
Same? |
Another aspect to consider is that atheism and
religion are not mutually exclusive. Some people may identify as religious but
also identify as atheist, these are people who identify with certain religious
traditions, culture or practices but don't believe in a god or gods, or they
may identify as spiritual but not religious, meaning that they find meaning and
purpose in life through a personal connection to something greater than
themselves, but don’t subscribe to any specific religious doctrine or belief.
Additionally,
atheism is not a belief system in itself, it's a lack of belief. Atheists do
not share a unified system of beliefs and values, they come from different
backgrounds, cultures, and experiences and their views on religion and religious
people may vary greatly.
Furthermore,
while some atheists may
have a negative view of religion, others may have a more nuanced or positive
view. Many atheists appreciate the cultural and historical significance of
religious traditions, or they may value the sense of community and belonging
that religious institutions can provide. Similarly, many religious people view
atheism as a valid belief system, and have respect and tolerance for people who
hold different beliefs than their own.
In summary, it is not accurate to say that all atheists think that all religious people are the same. Atheism is a lack of belief in a god or gods, and it does not dictate a person's views or attitudes towards religion or religious people. As with any group of people, atheists come from diverse backgrounds, have different experiences and perspectives, and may hold a wide range of views and opinions. It's important to remember this and avoid making assumptions or generalizations about any group of people.
