Will the act of yoga help to achieve a profound Awakens?

Will the practice of yoga help to bring about a spiritual awakening?

Kundalini Energy

Kundalini is the thing that awakens the deeper energy. The so-called yoga, which the West, and part of the East in India, was invented about the 17th century, in order, not only to have a very good body, healthy body, through force through discipline, through control, in order to awaken so-called higher energy.

The King of Yogas is to show the direction towards a moral life, not morality according to our circumstances, culture, nature, activities, and habits. But the basic nature of humanity and ethical activity in life is not to hurt, not to drink, not to drug yourself, the right amount of sleep, the right amount of food, clear thinking, doing the right thing. they never mentioned exercise. They always ask for normal exercise like, walking, swimming, smiling, and they always emphasize on the moral life of humanity, a mind which is active. And modern yoga... The meaning of the word you all know, you probably know. The word 'yoga' means is to join the lower with the higher or higher with the lower.

And modern yoga should be called just exercise, breathe properly, and all that. You can practice yoga, exercises of different kinds. You can do this kind of yoga, exercise for the rest of your life you won't awaken spiritual insight, nor will the awakening of higher energy come into being. In the East, they have a word for this called kundalini. But most of the people, who have gone into this matter very deeply, are always quoting somebody else, back to the original mischief-maker. And none of them got anything like awakened. They talk about it. They feel certain experiences, which they call by this name. They are talking about is a certain form of increasing energy to do more mischief. I mean that. By eating healthy food at the right time, by controlling the sugar level of the body, by breathing properly, and so on… By this, you will feel more energy, naturally. And that gives you a sense of superiority, and you are enlightened, and so on. This will only happen when the self is not. Then there is a totally different kind of energy to keep the mind fresh, young, alive, and that can only come when there is absolutely no sense of the self. Because the self, the 'me,' the center, is in constant conflict, creating dualities, opposing desires, this constant struggle that's going on. As far as that struggle is a total wastage of energy.

There is the story of a man, who was a well-known teacher. And a man came and said, Respected Sir, I want to learn how to meditate correctly. Respected Sir ask him to sit properly and take a deep breath, So he sat up in the right position, closed his eyes, and began to breathe very deeply trying to capture the higher webs and vibrations. So the Respected Sir picks up two pieces of stone and rubs them, keeps on rubbing them. And the man opens his eyes and says Respected Sir, what are you doing?' He said, 'I am trying to make out of these stones a mirror so that I can look at myself, and the disciple says, Respected Sir, you can never do that. He said, 'In the same way, my dear child, you can sit like that and breathe like that forever, but you will never...
